Tornado Damage
This was a insurance restoration job. The neighborhood was hit by a tornado. The garage had a large oak limb fall on the roof and the front railing sustained damage and had to be removed and rebuilt.

Deck with planter boxes built on a flat roof. V- groove T&G ceiling done with pre-finished pine. Cased wall with windows and two piece dental/crown. Electric fire place with floating mantel. A second floor deck on dock at the Banana river.

Historical Restoration
This home is located near Lake Eola (downtown Orlando) in a historic district. The original columns had no structural posts at all and extensive wood rot. The roof was near collapse. New framing and up to date structural hardware was installed per the engineering.
